Progress

I have been working on all of my larger WIP's lately and this week it was AAFG's turn. I have completed 4 of the 14 pages of this chart now. I am really enjoying how all the colors are coming together and seeing all the little critter's appear. I might actually get this one done this year! Don't forget you can click on the picture to get a better look close up.

First of all I would like to Thank Sabine for setting up this SAL and for asking me to join, it is a honor and something I needed right now to get another kick start on it.
Have you seen this Rosewood Manor -- New from Nashville! Is this a companion to AAFG? sure looks like it to me. And its just as beautiful.
I will post a pic of my AAFG soon. There's really been no progress from the last on The Needle & I.
Just wanted to share the new chart. I am not sure about the fabric they call for it. The chart will be on my next order, thats for sure, lol.
Everyone's AAFG's sure are looking wonderful.
Happy AAFG! Happy Stitchy!!

Sisu's AaFG

Bine invited me to join this group when she came across AaFG in my blog.
I decided to make mine different by changing at least one thing on every motif. Sometimes it is just a hand dyed floss or a satin stitch. All my animals I re-charted over 1 thread (not the birds, just the animals). I love the piece, I just wanted to make it uniquely mine. I just finished page 9, so I have 4 pages done now. I did put a motif in the wrong place, but I moved some other stuff instead of picking it out. I guess that makes it even more unique!

Thanks for inviting me to join.

My Progress

Here is my progress so far. When I have worked on it I try to get a couple of pages at a time done. It seems that I have 3 very large projects going at the moment so I usually only end up working on each for about a week at a time and then that leaves me time for one week to work on smaller things. I am game for any thing we decided for working our SAL with this one. I think one day a week would be better than one day a month but what does everyone else want to do?

Progress....

yesterday evening I spent stitching on AAFG. I added the fox and 3 trees:

AAFG is such a fun piece to stitch I don't know why I neglected it for so long.

Start

Hi Ladies,
I'm so excited....let's start our AAFG-SAL. This way we all will hopefully finish our WIP. :)
A good way to start would be if everyone would post a pic of her WIP, please. Do we want to stitch in the same pace, on the same day or everyone just whatever she prefers? Looking forward to your opinions.
Could you please label your WIP posts with your name?
